 David V. Breen is the founder of the Breen Law Firm. Mr. Breen is an attorney, arbitrator, mediator, and early neutral evaluator with experience as an in-house counsel and as a sole practitioner. His background and experience make him ideal for his practice areas. Mr. Breen graduated Magna Cum Laude, from Edinboro University with a B.A. in Psychology, and earned a J.D. in Law from Duquesne University. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. During his career, David V. Breen served as a labor contract administrator and in-house counsel handling labor relations, labor arbitrations, labor negotiations, employment issues, litigation, and commercial matters. He started his own practice in 1992 representing individuals and businesses in the areas of employment, labor, divorce, family, criminal defense, and juvenile law. In addition to his law practice, David V. Breen serves as an arbitrator, mediator and early neutral evaluator in the areas of employment, labor, divorce, family, business, commercial, school, and community matters.
He is a Navy Veteran and is highly active in local, state, and national, professional and community organizations.
