Firm Overview

David V. Breen founded the Breen Law Firm LLC with a focus on employment, labor and family law.  Later, he developed an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practice as a neutral arbitrator and mediator of labor, employment, commercial, and family disputes.  Mr. Breen’s practice continues to grow as a labor arbitrator, and as an arbitrator, mediator and early neutral evaluator in the areas of employment, commercial, business, community, school, family and divorce matters. 

Mr. Breen also provides traditional legal solutions in the areas of divorce, family, juvenile and criminal law.  In family law area, in addition to the traditional approach, Mr. Breen offers collaborative and mediation options for resolving divorce and faimly conflict matters. 

His criminal practice provides effective resolution to DUI, underage drinking, possession, preliminary hearings, felonies, misdeameanors, and all other criminal matters.
